Phonics: At TSM, we use the DfE approved phonics scheme called Bug Club to support the learning and teaching of phonics. Children in EYFS and KS1 have daily phonics lessons. They are supported in developing their sounding out and blending using Bug Club e-books and Bug Club book bag books. These books are finely matched to the phonics phase they are learning.
