Complaints Procedure
Any complaints should initially be addressed to the class teacher. If the situation cannot be resolved then the complaint should be taken to the Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
If the situation is still not resolved the complainant may then write to the Chair of Governors who will look into the matter. If the situation continues to be unsatisfactory the Local Education Authority or the Diocesan Board of Education may then be contacted in order to reach a solution.
