Eco Council

Nurturing Minds, Filling Hearts, Flourishing Together

At Trinity St Mary’s CofE Primary School, our Eco Council plays an important role in helping children become responsible, caring and active stewards of the world around them.

The Eco Council gives pupils the opportunity to develop leadership skills, share ideas and take positive action to help care for our environment and school community. Members work together to promote sustainability, encourage environmental awareness and inspire others to make thoughtful choices that protect our planet.

Through projects, campaigns and whole-school initiatives, the Eco Council helps children develop confidence, teamwork and a sense of responsibility for the future. From reducing waste and promoting recycling to supporting outdoor learning and environmental projects, pupils are encouraged to understand that even small actions can make a big difference.

At TSM, we believe children flourish when they are empowered to lead, care for others and contribute positively to the wider world.
