At Trinity St Mary’s CofE Primary School, we believe that creativity plays an important role in helping children develop confidence, curiosity and self-expression.
Through engaging Art and Design Technology lessons, children are encouraged to explore ideas, experiment with different materials and techniques, and develop the skills needed to become creative and reflective learners. We provide opportunities for children to express themselves, investigate the world around them and take pride in their own unique creations.
Our curriculum is carefully designed to build knowledge and skills progressively across each year group, allowing children to revisit and develop their understanding as they grow. Through exciting projects and practical experiences, children learn to think creatively, solve problems and develop resilience and independence.
At TSM, we use a high-quality and engaging curriculum that has been adapted to reflect:
