Nurturing minds, Filling Hearts, Flourishing together

At Trinity St Mary’s CofE Primary School, our Christian vision is at the heart of everything we do. Through our vision of Nurturing Minds, Filling Hearts, Flourishing Together, we strive to create a school community where every child feels known, valued and inspired to flourish academically, emotionally and spiritually.

The Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) explores how effectively a school’s Christian vision shapes its ethos, relationships, curriculum and daily life. The inspection focuses on how this vision supports both pupils and adults to flourish within a caring and inclusive community.

Our recent SIAMS inspection recognised the strength of our Christian vision and the positive impact it has across the school community. The report highlighted our nurturing environment, strong sense of belonging, inclusive culture and the ways in which children are encouraged to grow as compassionate, courageous and responsible citizens.

At TSM, our Christian values of Kindness, Unity and Courage are lived out every day through supportive relationships, collective worship, courageous advocacy, pupil leadership and opportunities for spiritual growth and reflection. We are proud to be a school where diversity is celebrated, wellbeing is prioritised, and every child is encouraged to develop confidence, character and a love of learning.

We invite families to read our SIAMS report below and discover how our Christian ethos helps children flourish in a warm, welcoming and inclusive community.
