At Trinity St Mary’s CofE Primary School, we believe that every child should have a voice and feel empowered to make a positive difference within our school community.

Our School Council provides children with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, share ideas and work collaboratively to help shape school life. Representatives are chosen from across the school and play an important role in ensuring that pupils’ views, ideas and experiences are heard and valued.

Through the School Council, children learn about responsibility, teamwork, democracy and respectful discussion, helping them to grow as confident, compassionate and active citizens. Members work together on projects, contribute ideas for improving the school and support initiatives that promote wellbeing, inclusion and community spirit.

At TSM, we encourage all children to develop confidence in their own voice and understand that their thoughts and actions can make a meaningful difference to others.
