A very warm welcome to Trinity St Mary’s CE Primary School – thank you for taking the time to visit us online.

For over 165 years, TSM has been at the heart of the Balham community, providing children with a safe, happy and inspiring environment in which to learn and grow. As a small one-form entry school, we are able to build strong relationships with every child and family, creating a genuine sense of belonging and partnership from the very beginning of your child’s journey with us.

At TSM, children are encouraged to become confident learners, compassionate friends and curious thinkers. We combine high academic expectations with a creative and enriching curriculum that inspires children to discover their unique talents and develop a lifelong love of learning. Our dedicated staff team, including specialist teachers and lead practitioners, work tirelessly to ensure that every child feels supported, challenged and celebrated.

Our Christian ethos is woven through all aspects of school life and is reflected in our vision of nurturing minds, filling hearts and flourishing together. Guided by our core values of Kindness, Unity and Courage, we encourage children to care for others, believe in themselves and make a positive difference in the world around them. We are delighted that our February 2024 Ofsted inspection recognised the quality of education and care we provide by awarding the school a good judgement. Our SIAMS inspection also recognised the strength of our distinctive Christian character and collective worship.
