At Trinity St Mary’s CofE Primary School, we are proud to be a school where children are known, valued and inspired to flourish. Our vision, Nurturing Minds, Filling Hearts, Flourishing Together, is at the heart of everything we do and is reflected in both our academic outcomes and the caring, inclusive community we provide.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection recognised TSM as a Good school in all areas and highlighted that pupils enjoy coming to our caring and nurturing school, where they feel cared for, valued and safe. Ofsted recognised the positive relationships, high expectations and supportive environment that enable children to thrive academically and personally.
We are equally proud of our most recent SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) inspection, which confirmed that Trinity St Mary’s is living up to its foundation as a Church school and enabling pupils and adults to flourish. The report recognised the impact of our Christian vision, our strong culture of belonging, the opportunities for spiritual growth, and the ways in which children are encouraged to become courageous advocates, responsible citizens and positive contributors to their communities.
Whilst school performance data provides important information about attainment and progress, we believe success is measured more broadly. At TSM, children develop confidence, curiosity, resilience and compassion alongside strong academic foundations. Through our values of Kindness, Unity and Courage, we prepare children not only for the next stage of their education, but for life beyond primary school.
